Terms of Service for infgamechanger

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, registering an account, or otherwise utilizing any services offered by infgamechanger (the "Panel"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following Terms of Service. You are expected to review these terms before every new order as they may change without notice.

2. General Service Disclaimer

Delivery Timelines: Any timeframes provided for order completion are estimates only and are not guaranteed. infgamechanger is not liable for any delays that may occur.
Quality & Retention: We provide no guarantee concerning the permanence or retention of followers, likes, or views. You acknowledge that service drops may occur and are outside of our control.
Social Media Compliance: Our services are independent of any social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You agree to use the Panel in compliance with all agreements and rules established by those platforms.
Account Safety: You use our services at your own risk. infgamechanger is not responsible for any damage, suspension, or removal of your social media account, content, or digital licenses resulting from the use of our services.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are set to "In Progress" or "Processing."
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if infgamechanger is unable to deliver the ordered service. In such cases, the full amount will be credited back to your Panel balance.
No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or external payment refunds. All refund credits remain within your infgamechanger Panel balance for future use.
Drops/Retention: No refunds are provided for service drops or decreases in count after the order has been completed, unless the specific service explicitly includes a refill guarantee which will be stated in the service description.

4. User Obligations

You warrant that you will not submit orders or links to any content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, harmful, or violates any copyright or trademark laws.
You must not upload or promote any form of malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Panel or its services.

5. Pricing and Amendments

Pricing Changes: All service rates and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Right to Amend: infgamechanger reserves the right to change these Terms of Service, policies, and pricing structures at any time. Your continued use of the Panel constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
